dailystar.co.ukDaily Star's biggest headlines straight to your inbox!A surfing instructor says he is "more than lucky" to be alive after being attacked and bitten by a shark in the middle of a lesson.The man, named Hot Sushi, is the surf instructor at Hot Sushi’s Happy Surf Camp Aloha in Tybee Island, Georgia, US.Chatham Emergency Services said a swimmer was bitten Tuesday on Tybee Island near 18th and 19th streets.He has said he is "super-duper thankful" he was bitten and not one of the "precious young people" or other instructors taking part in the lesson.The surfing instructor said he was left needing an "intense painful deep cleaning" and left A&E "with plenty of stitches".In photos of the incident shared on his Facebook page, Hot Sushi can be seen.
