Horrified KFC customer finds hot wing with feathers still attached

A woman found feathers still attached to a chicken wing after ordering a KFC takeaway. The customer shared the images yesterday after ordering the meal on Uber Eats in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Her young son said that the feathers looked like small legs dangling from the piece of chicken. On closer inspection, they had seemingly been coated and fried along with the rest of the food.

The woman told Lancs Live : "I have received an apology, refund and also been told that in no circumstances should I have been sent that food. “KFC should not (be) giving this to a customer, surely it’s not good food hygiene to leave feathers attached if that’s what they are.” She later revealed the refund had come from Uber Eats, not KFC, and that she had only
