ITV presenter says her day-to-day life is plagued by fears for her TV career, as she struggles to do the things she once did with ease.

In an interview with The Mirror this month, the 61-year-old didn't hold back, admitting that she fears for her "whole life", having recently ran out of a supermarket after suffering from a panic attack."I've cried a thousand rivers in the past few weeks and I've got nothing to be sad about," Fiona explained."I've been fearing for my sanity and am scared to do things I've been doing with ease for years."They call it brain fog; I don't know what I'm talking about half the time."The ex-ITV presenter went on to share that she can no longer take on any TV gigs due to her severe battle with anxiety, which has left her feeling"scared of everything".And though Fiona insisted she still intends to do everything she once did in her professional career, it's almost as if her body and brain are unwilling to cooperate.

Even when her 21-year-old son, Nathaniel Frizell, returns home from the army at the weekends, the Canterbury-born media personality expressed how her brain is quickly filled with stress as she "worries" about the food she will cook for her offspring.

Fiona has been married to This Morning producer Martin Frizell since 1997.Together, they share two children: Mackenzie, 19, and Nathanial, 21.Due to the severity of her health condition, the Canterbury-born media personality has stopped working entirely. "The fear takes over," she added."I hope to God this isn't the end of my career."Despite having had her driver's licence for more than 40 years, Fiona has also given up driving regularly and will only sit behind the wheel of a vehicle in urgent matters.
