Hollyoaks spoilers follow. Hollyoaks star Lucy-Jo Hudson has teased a “heartbreaking” twist on the wedding day of James Nightingale and Ste Hay.
The actress, who plays Donna-Marie Quinn on the Channel 4 soap, will see her character and the whole village congregate for the big day, but she hinted that it won’t be plain sailing for the couple. And it was amazing, the sun was shining - we were all dressed up and had the best day,” she added. “Steve Brett, the director, is just amazing so we couldn’t have asked for a better day. ”The day will come at a good time for Donna-Marie, who has been in a dark place following her recent relapse, and Hudson revealed that her character was motivated to be the best mother for her children.
