Holly Willoughby is set to become the solo face of This Morning after ITV bosses decided not to find a full-time replacement for Phillip Schofield.

The 42-year-old fronted This Morning alongside Phil for more than a decade until he left the show following reports of an affair with a younger male colleague.

Holly has been on an extended summer break and is set to return to screens in Autumn, whilst reports indicate she's set to sign a new lucrative contract "any day now".

The Daily Mail reports that This Morning will "essentially be Holly's show" and will operate similarly to Good Morning Britain with a main host and a slew of rolling presenters filling in.
