Holly Willoughby was left squeamish on Thursday's This Morning as her ITV co-stars tucked into squirrel risotto and buttermilk fried squirrel.

During the latest instalment, the hit ITV chatshow discussed reports following the Exmoor Squirrel Project encouraging people to eat grey squirrels in a bid to save the native red squirrel.

And as such, Phil Vickery decided to rustle up a grey squirrel risotto and buttermilk fried squirrel as some of ITV's stars sampled the dishes.

However, a squeamish Holly didn't sample the dishes as she admitted: "No thank you!", adding: "It's so weird, the thought of it, I can already feel it in my throat...
