Holly Willoughby was left recoiling in a mix of horror and disgust as one of the show's latest guests made an admission. Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were back at the helm of the ITV daytime show and had another jam-packed show on their hands.

Osteopath Anisha Joshi was also live in the studio to offer some simple exercises to help and improve back pain while Martin Lewis appeared via video link to answer viewers' money questions.
