Holby City viewers were divided as the show switched things up with some new background music for added drama. The show made its hotly anticipated comeback several weeks ago, and viewers have noticed that as well as some new characters, new music has been added to the BBC show.During particularly dramatic scenes, the atmospheric music can be heard in the background, and some viewers branded it "off putting".One viewer tweeted: "Okay, opinion time.
