Holby City bosses have confirmed the final air date of the soap and sadly, there's not long to go. The BBC medical drama will finish at the end of this month after 23 years on screen.

Fans were devastated by the news that the hit show is leaving our screens, creating petitions and using social media to call for the show to stay on the air.

However, the final episode will air on Tuesday 29 March, and all the cast and crew have already wrapped filming for the show.
