A heroic Scot has spoken of his dramatic struggle with a knifeman who launched a brutal attack on two women outside their Edinburgh hotel.Hotel Porter Neil Robertson, 39, saw Peter Cameron set about the nurses from Northern Ireland as they were having a cigarette outside the Apex Hotel in the city's Grassmarket area.
