Helen Skelton is focussing on her children's wellbeing following her emotional departure from BBC radio and painful split from Richie Myler.
The Strictly Come Dancing star announced last year that she and Richie were splitting up after eight years of marriage. It came just four months after the former couple welcomed their baby.
