Helen Flanagan has opened up about the struggles of co-parenting as she shared a post to Instagram after her children - Matilda, nine, Delilah, six and son Charlie, aged three - left to spend time with their dad, her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.

Posting a picture of herself with eldest Matilda in her arms, Helen admitted her regrets over being a 'stress head' and 'shouting' at the youngster before she left to spend time with Scott. "Miss my princess [pink heart emoji] feel bad was such a stress head before she left x," began Helen, who continued: "Any other co-parenting mummy's feel me?

Soon as they are at their daddys... I think I should have been more patient then... I shouldn't have shouted then... but parenting is so hard.... "Wouldn't change it for the world though, and then mix in a load of hormones from the both of us," concluded Helen with a string of emojis.

Helen has been working to co-parent her three children with footballer ex Scott over the festive period, after the couple split in 2022 after 13 years together. The couple have been putting on a united front despite their parting, and even took their daughter Matilda to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland together earlier this month.
