Ex-TOWIE star Lydia Bright has revealed the terrifying ordeal of her five year old daughter, who was rushed to hospital and spent the night there after suffering breathing difficulties.

Lydia told her social media followers that things had taken a turn for the worse after her initial post earlier in the week, and she spent her birthday weekend in hospital with her daughter.

She wrote: "Things got a lot worse than my story earlier on in the week. Not the place I planned to spend my birthday weekend.

However, I am just grateful that my little lady is now recovering in the children's ward after a very tough overnight in A and E." The TV personality expressed her gratitude for the NHS care her daughter received, despite acknowledging its imperfections.
