Helen Flanagan has been supported by fans as she offered a candid parenting update. The actress revealed how she is back to co-sleeping with her children and that she has been battling tantrums with her two youngest.

Fans will know Helen shares three children - Matilda, Delilah and Charlie - with her footballer ex-Scott Sinclair. The former couple split in 2022 after 13 years together and are juggling co-parenting their children while living at opposite ends of the country.

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Helen has spoken about how she managed to take some time out with her eldest daughter, Matilda, as she gave an insight into the chaos her home life is bringing at the moment.

Alongside a video of her and Matilda enjoying a 'puppy yoga' seesion, the former Coronation Street star wrote on Instagram: "Matilda & mummy day.
