Helen, 32, took to Instagram to thank her mum for looking after her kids - who she shares with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair - to allow her some time to relax after feeling burnt out.
Speaking to fans on her Instagram stories, Helen opened up about how her tiredness led to her snapping at her daughter Matilda.
Helen said: “I don’t actually stop, and I never actually get very tired like at all. "I actually think I’ve naturally got a lot of energy; I definitely think I have ADHD.
