Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Heartbroken Phillip Schofield shares final photo with mum Pat as TV star announces her death

Cast Away star Phillip Schofield has shared photos of his mum Pat as a tribute to her following her death earlier this week.The former This Morning host announced her passing on Monday 14 October, and later shared touching photos of her, including some from recent holidays together, and a trip to Blackpool for the pair featuring the famous tower in the background.

Phillip also shared a photo of Pat being strapped into a frame attached to the wings of a plane, proudly noting that she was “one of the oldest ladies to wing walk.” Phillip announced her death at the age of 88 by writing: “Today at 3pm and after a heartbreaking weekend, my magnificent mum decided it was time to go to her beloved Brian.

Over three days we held her, loved her, hugged her and said everything that was needed to be said. She was calm, peaceful, beautiful and dignified.

I will forever be proud and privileged that she was my mum.” He added: “Our eternal thanks to the paramedics, Treliske A&E and Critical Care teams who have been, in the past and this weekend, my mum’s and our angels.
