NewJeans (also known as NJZ) have shared snippets of new music on Instagram, ahead of their headlining set at ComplexCon Hong Kong.On February 28, the K-pop girl group – comprising Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein – released a brief animated clip on their independent Instagram page.

Soundtracked by an energetic EDM instrumental, the clip features new logos for each member in the form of cookies, against a bright rainbow backdrop.It was followed by another similar clip posted on March 2, featuring similar visuals with what seems to be a different portion of the same song teased in the first video.

At the time, the quintet also announced that they would be headlining ComplexCon in Hong Kong this month, which will mark their first performance under the moniker NJZ amid their feud with label ADOR.NewJeans are also set to preview new music during their upcoming ComplexCon set. “It’s a big moment for us and we can’t wait for fans to be a part of this journey with us and show the world our new music that we have been eagerly waiting to share,” Minji said in a press release.The band’s parents, who launched an Instagram page dedicated to promote the girl group under their new moniker, accused HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk of attempting to “interfere” with their ComplexCon appearance. “We felt that HYBE was thinking only of making money and interfering with the members, rather than cheering them on for the best.
