Harry Styles has shared his experience of therapy, revealing that it made him feel "more alive" and that it had helped him open up.The Adore You hitmaker began his journey of therapy five years ago and has explained that it has meant he can now face problems head on and address his mental health, rather than ignoring it.

Speaking with Better Homes & Garden for their June cover, he revealed that therapy has "opened up rooms in himself" that he wasn't even aware of.
