Prince Harry and William's relationship is now "non-existent" with the Duke of Sussex also shutting out many of his old pals, according to a former royal butler.The Prince of Wales is said to still feel very betrayed by his younger brother after he left the royal family to start a new life with his wife Meghan Markle in the US and has since launched a series of personal attacks on the monarchy.Grand Harrold, who worked with the now King Charles for seven years, said the boys used to share a great relationship while he worked at the palace and would often to go to the pub together and exchange brotherly banter.However, he has now revealed that several of Harry's former friends no longer heard from him as the duke has distanced himself from his royal past, the Scottish Daily Express reports.During Harry's bombshell memoir Spare that was released at the beginning of this year, he discussed his relationship with his older brother and claimed William physically attacked him during an argument regarding the duke's relationship with Meghan.
In an interview with Spin Genie to mark the anniversary of Princess Diana's death, Mr Harrold said he recalled Harry and William as being the "best of friends".
Harrold started working with Charles seven years after the fatal car crash that killed Diana in Paris in 1997. At the time of his royal role, William was in his early twenties and Harry was in his late teens.Recalling their relationship, the former butler said: "I liked the way they got on with each other.
They were always having fun together and having banter. "They played practical jokes and wound each other up, but it was harmless.
