Halfway Bowling Club receive £3k to launch a youth team

A Cambuslang bowling club is hoping to start a youth section after receiving funding from the council.Halfway and District Bowling Club recently received £3000 from the council’s participatory budgeting fund, and the money will go towards new equipment especially for children and young people.Stephen McIntyre from Halfway and District Bowling Club said: “We were delighted to receive funding from SLC’s participatory budgeting scheme.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
