Hairdressers and beauty salons could be forced to stay shut for another two months, reports claim. The industry could remain shut until April, insiders suggest.

The Prime Minister plans to outline key dates for ending restrictions on Monday. So far the only date the government has set in stone is the March 8 return to schools.

Reports in both The Sun and The Telegraph claim the PM will allow outdoor meet-ups between two separate households by Easter as a first step toward relaxing gathering rules.

Families and friends could gather in gardens and parks by early April, according to the reports. But personal grooming services could have to wait until the end of April, the newspapers report.
