Reports in both The Sun and The Telegraph claim the PM will allow outdoor meet-ups between two separate households by Easter as a first step toward relaxing gathering rules.

Families and friends could gather in gardens and parks by early April, according to the reports. But personal grooming services could have to wait until the end of April, the newspapers report.
