‘Hacks’ Co-Creator Jen Statsky Moves to Warner Bros. TV Group Under New Overall Deal (EXCLUSIVE)

Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large “Hacks” co-creator Jen Statsky has moved to Warner Bros. Television Group, sealing an exclusive, multiyear overall deal with the studio.

Insiders said Statsky landed at Warner Bros. after a “highly competitive situation.” This reps Statsky’s first overall deal with Warner Bros.

TV Group; she was previously based at Universal Television, which produces “Hacks” for Max. She joins her fellow “Hacks” co-creators Lucia Aniello and Paul W.

Downs at Warner Bros. TV Group, where they first signed an overall deal in 2021 (which is still in place). Warner Bros. TV declined to discuss financial terms for the deal.
