Twitter user Blazen Brady told followers that a "standard" meal for him after putting his body through exercise is to consume raw chicken, raw bacon as well as butter and milk.Instead of a protein shake or a lean dinner, he's reaching for the option of uncooked meat – and in some cases meat that is past its best before date.In a post, he wrote: "Post-workout meal, fresh raw chicken, week-old steak I left in my fridge, my favourite bacon, raw butter and raw milk."He added: "Chicken is not bad at all and tastes fine.
