Will Cole on an episode of “The Art of Being Well,” Paltrow, 50, detailed her meticulous daily routine, which involves coffee that won’t “spike” her blood sugar, her first meal of bone broth — or “soup,” as she called it — at noon, then an early dinner of “lots of vegetables” to fit her “paleo” diet.
In between her two meals, she tries to fit in an hour of “movement,” whether that’s taking a walk or following a Tracy Anderson workout, then dry brushes and a 30-minute infrared sauna session.But not everyone was on board with the wellness guru’s practices, as aghast viewers reacted to the star’s rigid routine in the comments.
Many people compared her diet to an “almond mom” — the derogatory term for a middle-aged woman who eats very little, mostly non-nutritious snacks instead of full meals.
