A delivery driver from north Manchester was filmed inhaling laughing gas shortly before a horror crash that killed his teenage friend.

Cameron Hughes, 24, had also been using his mobile phone to stream music and access Snapchat seconds before ploughing his van off a parapet in east Lancashire on July 7 this year, claiming the life of Bonney Rae Barrow.
