The 32-year-old appears on the cover of May’s issue, with photographer Ryan McGinley shooting the musician in California during her ninth month of pregnancy.
One picture sees Grimes – real name Claire Boucher – standing in front of a lake and looking up at the sky, while baring her bump in a crop top and oversized coat.
