Gregg Wallace has firmly stated that there have been "absolutely zero" complaints from TV staff throughout his 20 years in television.

Earlier today, the TV host expressed irritation in a video where he suggested that "middle-class women of a certain age" were responsible for the allegations against him.This follows his step back from MasterChef amidst an investigation into alleged misconduct that launched last week.

On Instagram, Gregg hit back at allegations and claimed that it is a minority of people making these claims. He said: "Look, this is important.

It's important to me. In 20 years of television - amateur MasterChef, professional, celebrity and Eat Well For Less and Inside the Factory, of all of the staff members that I've worked with over those 20 years, do you know how many complaints we've had about me in that time?
