Last month, it was revealed that Gregg, 60, had stepped back from his presenting duties on MasterChef while production company Banijay UK investigates historical misconduct claims.His legal representatives have firmly stated that 'it is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature'.
Following the emergence of the allegations, Gregg posted on Instagram stating: "We are all different", as reported by the Standard at the end of November.The deletion of his Instagram post coincides with the week when this year's MasterChef champion was announced.
Earlier in the month, Gregg released a video message where he remarked: "Now in the [press] I can see the complaints coming from a handful of middle-class women of a certain age just from Celebrity Masterchef.
