Forecasters warn that flooding is 'possible' in parts Greater Manchester as heavy rain is set to batter the region. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain to come into force at midday on Monday (January 29) until 5am on Tuesday.
The area covered by the warning includes parts of Bolton, Bury and Oldham. It also covers much of Lancashire, Cumbria and parts of West Yorkshire.

After a mostly dry and cloudy day today, heavy rain is forecast to fall in Greater Manchester from around 6am tomorrow morning.
