A grandfather says he 'can't stop grinning' after having his cigarette-yellowed teeth were replaced with a new set of implants in Turkey.

Paul Pilkington, 70, never used to smile because he was so self-conscious of his rotting teeth, thanks to 50 years of smoking.

The grandfather-of-18, originally of Bolton, quit the habit - but was left with several missing and rotting teeth. So he jetted off to Turkey twice to have his remaining ones removed and a full set of implants for £7,000.
