Bauhaus‘ Peter Murphy and Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor have teamed up on pulsing new single ‘Swoon’ – check it out below.The track, which is taken from Murphy’s forthcoming solo album ‘Silver Shade’, due out May 9 via Metropolis Entertainment, follows on from his previous collaboration with Boy George, ‘Let The Flowers Grow‘.Both tracks were produced by Killing Joke‘s Youth as was the whole record.

Trent Reznor cordially accepted my invitation to appear on the song, adding a welcome vibe on the second verse, as well as throughout the entire song in the form of backing vocalising.”The duo have a long standing friendship, with Reznor band’s opening for Murphy’s ‘Deep’ tour back in 1990.
Murphy’s last full-length release was 2014’s ‘Lion’.Elsewhere, Nine Inch Nails recently announced their 2025 UK, European and North American ‘Peel It Back’ tour.
