Susanna Reid was left distracted by a detail at Simon Cowell's home as Good Morning Britain featured a new interview with the music mogul.
The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV news programme on Wednesday (July 3) with co-host Ed Balls. During the mid-week edition of the show, there was a pre-recorded interview between Richard Arnold and Simon, 64, which took place at the Britain's Got Talent star's lavish and 'lovely' abode as he continues his search of the UK for the country's next big boyband.
It was revealed last month was "praying" he finds a group as talented as One Direction as he launches a country-wide search for a new boyband.
He said that he was embarking on a hunt for a group to rival the success achieved by Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, 14 years after forming One Direction on The X Factor in 2010.
