Good Morning Britain presenter Adil Ray was forced to apologise after a Ukrainian millionaire swore live on air when talking about the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Millionaire businessman Andrey Stavnitser appeared virtually on the morning show to discuss how he made the "simple" decision to give the go-ahead for the Ukraine military to bomb his house, after he saw Russian soldiers had taken over his property on his CCTV.

Kate Garraway asked the “courageous” guest what drove him to letting his house near Kyiv be destroyed as for many that would be “devastating.” The 54 year old presenter said: “You obviously have done well, you’re a successful businessman and many people in Ukraine who are now going through this absolute horror had successful lives before that they’ve had to watch be destroyed.
