Golden Globes Host Nikki Glaser Reveals What She's Doing Differently Than Most Previous Hosts

The 40-year-old comedian opened up about her strategy while helping roll out the red carpet on Thursday afternoon (January 2) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
While speaking with THR at the event, Nikki revealed that she’s testing out her monologue in front of live audiences this week. Keep reading to find out more… “I have I think nine shows between now and Sunday, because I want to keep testing out jokes and I want to keep getting the monologue in the [most] perfect place it can be,” she said. Nikki added, “Not every host does that.
I’m lucky enough to be a comedian who can go and find these rehearsal spaces in front of a live audience, and I trust my audience members to not leak jokes or tell anyone.
