Helena, who stars on Gogglebox with her parents, is mum to son Erwin, three, with her partner Daniel, and Erwin has appeared on Gogglebox on a handful of rare occasions over the past three years.
However, it's been a while since Helena was joined on-screen by her son, and fans were quick to notice how grown up he looked as he joined his family in their living room to watch the latest TV shows during Friday's episode.
Dressed in an adorable striped jumper, Erwin could be seen chatting away to his mum and grandparents as they played a game together.
