Gogglebox stars Marcus and Mica entertain fans every Friday evening from their sofa with their straight-talking but relatable relationship - especially when Mica hilariously puts Marcus in his place.

But it seems the TV couple don’t just like watching the biggest shows on the box together, as they’ve proven by sharing a video of them enjoying a joint work out in the gym.

In the clip uploaded to their separate Instagram accounts this week, Marcus and Mica can be seen sparring in an energetic boxing session, as they test each other’s reflexes and skills and they move around the room.
