Amy Tapper has been on an incredible weight loss journey and she's amazed fans with her before and after pictures. The former Gogglebox star, 20, has lost more than 3.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle and fitness routine.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Amy unveiled the incredible changes that her body has gone through after her decision to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

The Channel 4 star left her followers astonished as she took part in the viral TikTok challenge ‘how it started’ by sharing comparison images of herself at the start of her journey compared to now.

Amy’s first snap shows her looking rather downcast as she posed in a white tank top and black leggings. But in the second clip, she admits she's living her best life
