Katie Price has been flooded with compliments for her son Harvey after showing off his recent weight loss.The 18 year old has been on a health kick of late after it was revealed that he had reached 28 stone.

Harvey, who suffers from a number of complications including Prader-Willi syndrome, has battled with his weight from a young age, with an expert revealing in his BBC One documentary that the cause of his weight gain was unknown.

He has now launched a plus size clothing range and appeared to show off a slimmer figure as he posed in the outfits he has designed.
