Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan was criticised on Tuesday after he made comments about co host Charlotte Hawkins' short skirt which viewers branded "sexist".
Piers even told Charlotte to get up and spin around as she wore a dress with a hem above the knee, with Piers getting "overexcited".
Piers said: "I am slightly distracted this morning because apparently summer has arrived, which I wasn't aware of. "The first sign of spring is, what is it, the cuckoos? "But the first sign of summer, traditionally at Good Morning Britain has always been Charlotte Hawkins arriving in a miniskirt for work. "And this morning, here she is, up you get, up you get," he demanded.
