While some viewers hadn't seen the broadcaster before, it's not Pip's first time on the ITV show. The 43-year-old presenter opened Friday's edition of the early news programme at 6am instead of regular newsreaders Ranvir Singh and Sean Fletcher.
And it was 'ladies day' on the show as Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Garraway picked up main hosting duties from 6.30am.
