Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Consummate professional Kate Garraway had to apologise to Good Morning Britain viewers this morning after experiencing a "crisis" live on-air.
During the latest episode on Friday, 21 June, with Kate and co-host Adil Ray at the helm, an unexpected moment occurred when Kate experienced an unfortunate hair mishap - and it was all caught on camera.
After discussing the latest political dramas in the build-up the General Election, the camera returned to Kate and Adil in the studio - and Kate was seen with her hand in her hair, appearing to struggle with something out of place.
Caught off-guard, she confessed: "I'm sorry. I'm having a hair crisis if I'm going to be honest! ". Adil then stood up to to come to the aid of his GMB colleague.
