Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway has shared her concerns as her daughter is set to mark an important milestone without husband Derek Draper.Kate, 57, and Derek, who died in January following several years of serious health complications inflicted by coronavirus, have two children together Darcey and Billy, 14.The couple's eldest child Darcey, 18, is just a few days away from receiving her A-Level exam results.
During Tuesday's episode of GMB, Kate and co-host Ed Balls took on hosting duties as they discussed the week's top stories.ITV reporter Juliet Dunlop was live in Fife this morning as pupils across the country will find out how they've done in their exams.Back in the studio, the news reporter started off by saying: "I don't know about you but I remember not only it being nail-biting but also quite sad because depending on if you are doing O-Levels or A-Levels, you will be saying goodbye to friends going to different uni."The Strength of Love author went on to reveal that she is thinking "positive" as Darcey is also going to open her results next week.Kate said: "That will be happening to a lot of people waiting for GCSE and A Levels.
