Susanna Reid has gone into self-isolation for two weeks amid coronavirus fears. The Good Morning Britain presenter has confirmed she will be staying at home for a fortnight due to symptoms in her household.
She admitted this comes after new government advice - with Boris Johnson telling anyone with a cough or temperature to stay at home for 14 days, and for people to avoid pubs and start working from home.
Taking to Twitter, Susanna said: "I am currently well but due to the new advice today I will be self-isolating for two weeks due to symptoms in my household.
Stay well everyone ." Piers Morgan, who had been due to appear alongside his GMB co-host in the studio on Tuesday morning, tweeted an emoji with a single tear in response.
