Carl Davies, 44, bombarded the ex-BBC Breakfast host with abusive messages on Instagram - leaving the I'm a Celebrity star in a "constant state of anxiety".
The ex-soldier also targeted Louise's 19-year-old daughter Mia during the campaign of harassment. He told Louise "Move or you're f***ed" in one harrowing message and said in another: "Your daughter will definitely be raped".
Davies accompanied the threat with information on their home address, the village they lived in and the cars in their driveway at the time.
