Lucasfilm issued a statement yesterday announcing that Gina is "not currently employed" by them, and there are no plans to bring her back on board in the future.
The company also labelled some of her recent social media posts "abhorrent and unacceptable" because they "denigrated people based on their cultural and religious identities."
