Her fiance Rami Hawash got down on one knee last month in a lavish proposal in the Maldives that included thousands of roses - Gemma's favourite flower - to be flown in from the capital city, Malé in order for it to be perfect for his soon-to-be fiancée. "There was a lot involved in the lead up to the engagement and it was a lot of pressure," Rami exclusively told OK!.
But now that the couple are home and well and truly settled into their love bubble, plans for an even more extravagant celebration are on the cards.
