Gemma Collins dubs fiancé Rami her 'life partner' and the 'right man to have kids with'

Ahead of the release of her hard-hitting Channel 4 documentary Self Harm and Me, Gemma Collins has opened up about life with her fiancé Rami Hawash.

The 41 year old – who recently shared a romantic birthday note from her intended – told OK! that she feels Rami is her "life partner" and "the right man to have children with," during a press conference with other media outlets.
