Gemma Atkinson has said she'll 'take it all' as she showed the reality of her post-partum body. The Hits Radio host is always open and honest with her fans, particularly when it comes to health, fitness and being a busy mum-of-two.
In one of her latest updates, Gemma, 39, spoke about how she was getting on with her diastasis recti - a common condition in pregnant and postpartum people.

The Bury-born star has previously spoke about heading for her 'mummy MOT' which is described as a specialist postnatal examination for women with practitioners providing exercises and treatment to aid post-birth recovery which she did after both her children - daughter Mia and son Thiago - were born.
