Gemma Atkinson announces brand new TV role on show that helped her and daughter through lockdown

Gemma Atkinson has excitedly revealed her next big project after having to keep quiet for months on what she has been up to.

The Hits Radio host announced on Instagram on Monday (March 21) that she is joining a TV show which helped her and her almost three-year-old daughter through lockdown.

Gemma, 37, is joining CBeebies and will appear on its The Toddler Club show from next month after spending January filming for the programme.

Posting a promo photo alongside host Nigel Clarke, the mum-of-one told her millions of followers: "Yay!!! I can finally let you guys know that I’ve joined the @cbeebieshq team for their wonderful show @thebabyclubtv.
