Manchester United great Gary Neville has launched a stinging attack on the Old Trafford takeover process amid fresh developments.
The Glazer family first put the club up for sale last November but, five months on, there has been no sale. Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS and Sheikh Jassim's Nine Two Foundation have both tabled two bids to buy United.
The offers are being overseen by American bank Raine Group, on behalf of the Glazer family. There are reports that other bidders are in the frame but Mail Online says a third round of bidding will now take place.
That has attracted fierce criticism from Neville, who took to social media to slam the process.
